Terms and usage notes
SellerTone Global is a v1.3 digital template pack sold through an external checkout provider. It includes PDF, browser-friendly HTML, Markdown source files, copy-paste category files, and CSV for helpdesk or spreadsheet workflows.
Template use
SellerTone templates are writing aids for ecommerce sellers. Adapt every reply to your own store policy, product details, customer situation, country, and marketplace rules.
Not advice
The templates are not legal, tax, platform-policy, or compliance advice. If a customer issue involves legal or platform-risk questions, review it separately before replying.
Digital delivery
Purchases and file delivery are handled by the checkout provider. Download the ZIP after purchase and start with the START-HERE guide inside the pack. Use the PDF or browser-friendly HTML first if you want the easiest reading experience; use Markdown or CSV if you want to edit, import, or adapt the templates for a team workflow.
