Please include your Gumroad purchase email and a short description of the access issue, such as trouble downloading or opening the ZIP, PDF, HTML, Markdown, or CSV files. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive customer data.

Before you email

  • Open the START-HERE file first, then choose the PDF, browser-friendly HTML, copy-paste files, Markdown source, or CSV format.
  • If the ZIP will not open, try downloading it again and opening it with a standard ZIP tool.
  • If your download link is missing, include your Gumroad purchase email and receipt/order identifier if available.
  • Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, marketplace logins, customer lists, order exports, or private buyer conversations.
